Warehouse Inventory Support Assistant

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Inventory Support Assistant to join our Distribution Centre based in Bell Block. If you have a great work ethic and want to be a part of a strong team, then come and join the team at Tegel. This position will be a 5x8 role, working 7.30am - 4pm. You will be providing support in maintaining stock accuracy both onsite and within offsite warehouses.

Completion of cycle counts on a regular basis.
Release and allocated all dumps in the system.
Capture all CHEP movements in and out of the site.
Ensure all ROPs are scanned back into the system and handled correctly.
Liaise with Petfood weekly to ensure its all invoiced out of the system.
Create daily Manufacturing Orders for Café order.
Action all Head office downgrade requests with feedback
Maintain weekly turnaround times on all credits.
For this role, you will have:

Excellent administration, planning and organization skills.
Strong focus on Health and Safety
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate - Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Attention to detail.
Understanding of logistics, Inventory control and warehouse operations
Knowledge of e-Certing / Inventory systems preferable
