Reporting to the Team Leader, the Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing activity within their designated work area. The Team Coordinator shares accountability for:

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Planning, leading, organising and controlling day to day operations and ensuring Team Leaders and Managers are well informed
Developing and engaging with your team
Managing the team's time and leave records
Ensuring our people keep both themselves and others safe at work
Housekeeping and quality standards are consistently maintained at an appropriate level
Ensuring team members are complying with company rules, policies and standard work
Leading and coordinating daily activities to ensure the Team meets/exceeds requirements
Along with your can-do attitude and customer focused approach, you will:

Be inspiring and able to motivate the team to consistently deliver on performance expectations through constructive leadership and management
Be great at identifying opportunities for improvement.
This position works 12.30pm until 11.00pm on a roster basis.

It would be helpful if you have had previous leadership experience, or have held a position of responsibility however this is not essential. You must be willing to work in a fast paced department.
