We are seeking an enthusiastic Sub-Contracts Manager to undertake a range of project services. This role forms an important part of our busy Worley Procurement team located in New Plymouth.
Being a part of this location and team will bring new learning experiences with new colleagues and the opportunity to work on exciting multi-discipline EPC industrial projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling contract assignments for all phases of contractual undertakings including changes post-award
Negotiating and executing contracts with sub-contractors for professional services
Procurement of materials, equipment and services
Daily administration of project related policies and processes
Analyzing and applying results to Worley business operations
Collaborating with our clients to ensure a successful delivery of our projects and to continue to build our relationships.
About You:
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience
Experience in the procurement of materials, equipment and services from issuing of enquiries through to bid evaluation, chairing of clarification meetings, post award negotiation, post award expediting and regular performance review.
Experience in negotiating and executing Contracts with Sub-Contractors for professional services.
