Our store managers have an exceptional ability to lead by example, to engage their teams to be fully committed to creating an amazing customer experience. No two days are the same so we hope you're the type of person who can't wait to get into work each morning. You work quickly with purpose and passion; you know what needs to be done and prioritise with ease. Supported by fabulous Regional Manager you will develop your team to ensure ensuring they are laser focused on delivering outstanding outcomes for themselves, our customers, and the business.
Sunday - Thursday: 40 hours
What do you bring to Early Settler?
5+ years retail management experience
You are driven and passionate about making a difference
Your excellent reputation for ensuring an outstanding customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experience
Proven experience leading and coaching teams to ensure they maximise their potential and have a clear understanding of store performance
Ability to manage budgets, drive KPI’s, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient rosters
Inspirational leadership and training to develop your team to deliver outstanding results
Exceptional organisational abilities and delegation skills
Honesty, integrity, and open communication
A strong work ethic, commitment to adding value and ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Ability to undertake lifting and work in physical environment - we are a furniture store.
