These are 14 month maternity leave contracts, running until February 2023.

As Store Manager or 2IC, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
Coach and mentor your team of up to 20
Provide stock feedback and manage inventory

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail Managers who have proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:

Surf or Snow hardware retail management experience and product knowledge
Social media experience
Experience working in large format retail stores
Proven experience in driving large teams
Ability to train/recruit hardware specialists as needed
A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
