As the Scheduler you'll be expected to provide exceptional workflow management services to our New Plymouth Manufacturing plant. You will thrive on assisting in branch profitability, maximising margins and maintaining customer loyalty through the provision of a timely and accurate quotation service to customers.
Key duties are as follows:
Meet with customers and/or Sales Representatives to ascertain requirements.
Complete Manufacturing Scheduling
Assisting with Health and Safety to identify and report hazards and recommended actions
Provide accurate product and service information to facilitate value-added sales
Process and maintain secure documentation records and filing
KEEN TO NAIL THIS?
The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:
Proven ability in production scheduling experience
Ability to work under pressure by coping with multiple competing demands
Meticulous attention to detail
Awareness of Health & Safety legislation
Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
