About the opportunity

As our Reliability Engineer, based at our Collingwood Street site in Eltham, you’ll provide reliability engineering support to the site, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing change.

In this autonomous role you will work closely with both the operations and maintenance teams to coach and upskilling them through the use of integrated work systems.

Key here is to increase maintenance efficiency and output, continuous asset strategy improvements, SAP master data support, and asset condition monitoring.

Please note this role will be a 40 hour per weekday role.



About you

With proven experience in Maintenance, Operations and Projects roles, you’ll have a strong drive for continuous improvement and expertise applying reliability engineering principals in a manufacturing environment.

This is a complex role that will see you liaise with across a range of stakeholders, so you’ll need to have great communication and people skills, along with the ability to influence.

In addition to a trade or technical background. other key skills and experience include:

A background in dairy, food, or other processing industry
Proven experience in reliability centred maintenance
Change management experience
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to coach at all levels on engineering fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal skills
Integrated work system experience
A strong system focus
