Nicholsons Law Firm is looking for an experienced Relationship Property/Trust Lawyer to join our progressive team.
New Plymouth is a vibrant city, passionate about the arts and lifestyle. It offers wonderful tramping on Mt Taranaki, beautiful surf and is an amazing place to bring up a family or just immerse yourself in the outdoors.
The role will require the successful applicant to manage their own Relationship Property practice as well as assisting senior partners in the areas of Trusts, succession planning and asset protection. This work is undertaken for private fee-paying clients.
The successful applicant will be energetic and organised and have demonstrated their experience and aptitude in these areas, as well as managing client relationships and files at a high level.
The position is a full-time role, but we are flexible in work arrangements and can accommodate a candidate wanting to create their own unique working model.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the appointee.
