About the role - He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga

Our Community and Rehabilitation business is going through an exciting transformation, and this newly created position presents an opportunity to get involved from the outset and help implement change. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this role will see you making sure that home and community-based services for our customers are delivered within a defined geographical area. You will maintain positive relationships in local communities, ensuring our services are integrated with wider health and social sector services to meet the unique needs of people and their family/whanau.

Responsibilities include:

working closely with your manager and the Service Centre to deliver new and enhanced service product offerings to our customers
building strong relationships with local funders (DHB's and ACC, amongst others), Iwi, primary care practices, community representatives and other stakeholders
collaborating with internal stakeholders, to ensure quality client-centric services are delivered within your area, and the appropriate workforce recruited to meet customer requirements and funder obligations
actively work to improve the financial performance of your area.
What you will bring - Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga

Your passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for customers and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. Ideally you will have proven experience in leading the delivery of clinical services/products, however service delivery or relationship management experience in another sector will be considered. Excellent commercial skills, sound judgement and a resilient attitude are key.
