We need the best people to deliver the best care. We are currently looking for experienced Receptionists to join our Administration team. We have a full time opportunity (Mon - Fri, 6:30am-3pm) and part time (20 hours per week, rostered shifts including evenings and weekend).

To be successful you will need:

A professional, friendly, warm manner with a customer-focused approach
Be well-presented, have great communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent written and verbal English and highly competent data entry skills
Ability to manage workload efficiently and with accuracy
Be able to multi-task whist remaining calm and thorough under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
Previous experience in the health sector would be a definite advantage
