Think Water Taranaki is a specialist water and milking business focused on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of all water and milking systems. As part of the Think Water network, the group is committed to providing solutions towards the rapidly changing landscape of water management throughout Australasia.
Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, maintain and install a range of pumping equipment. This will invoice but not limited to diagnosing, creating a solution and carry out works to meet the needs of the customer instore or out in the field, ordering of parts, planning external jobs in conjunction with other staff members and managers in addition to the provision of technical advice and sales support to customers instore and over the phone.
To be succesful in this role, you will have had a minimum of 3 years in pump repairs and installation. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge of a variety of pump types, the ability to diagnose problems and think outside the box. Flexibility with working hours and be on an on call roster.
You will need to be highly organised and have excellent time management skills, the ability to work autonomously, unsupervised and as part of a team. Be energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
