Federated Farmers is the highly influential national voice of rural New Zealand, representing farmers who help generate over 50% of New Zealand’s exports. Federated Farmers role is invaluable to the rural sector, wider community and to our economy.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to support the provincial executive team, represent Taranaki farmers, and make a difference. This role is pivotal to our success. Key responsibilities include meeting management, financial processing, events management and promoting our profile through advertising and media.
To be successful, you will need:
an affinity with the rural sector
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
exceptional organisational and coordinating skills
proven administration & financial skills
to be reliable and able to work autonomously
willingness to go the extra mile
to work some evenings and weekends
driver's license
