About the role
Our FUJIFILM Business Innovation in New Plymouth is on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator/ Analyst to join their team. This position will be responsible for providing Pre and Post Sales Analyst support as well as the leadership and immediate managerial accountability for a team of service support personnel. The role requires the ability to supply technical expertise to the Sales and Customer Service teams by maintaining products, software, and solutions to performance standards in order that a quality service is delivered to our customers.
Other duties include:
Be the immediate point of contact for: Customers’ service support queries or issues, sales staff service support queries or issues, technical queries from Engineers, and call Escalation for products covered in team
Be the key point of contact for any technical support and escalation requirements and provide specific technical advice and support to the Branch Service Manager
Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, etc in conjunction with other duties as dictated by headcount requirements and customer response time requirements.
Will be required to obtain Electrical Practising Licence
Acting as a subject matter expert for Fuji Xerox machines and ensuring all machinery is performing optimally
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone who has exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Along with this, you will also have:
Minimum 3 years’ CSE experience on product group associated with a role with superior demonstrated diagnostic and repair skills.
Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one)
Proven leadership expertise
Experience in the networking of printers and diagnosing print related problems
In-depth knowledge of xerographic technology
Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
Previous experience following block circuit diagrams
Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction
