A fantastic opportunity has become available to support a top performing real estate professional as a PA, working within the Bayleys brand in New Plymouth. If you are an admin superstar who excels at administration and marketing and have an interest and or experience in the world of real estate this could be the ideal role for you.

This position is incredibly varied, fast paced and acts as an integral support role in this successful rural & lifestyle team. There is opportunity to take responsibility and really own the role to ensure the smooth administration and marketing across the entire sales process.

The role provides a variety of tasks including an opportunity to utilise your marketing and or design skills through the use of indesign, and other marketing tools to produce marketing collateral.

You will be using a CRM system called Property Suite to manage the listings and marketing administration for the salesperson to enable them to spend their time with clients, and while training is provided on this, previous experience in any CRM or comparable software will be looked on favourably.

Attention to detail, spectacular organisational skills, the ability to multi task and adhere to deadlines are key in this role, all while remaining calm and working hard to ensure the tasks are completed accurately.

Experience or exposure to the busy world of real estate is important to enable you to hit the ground running.

this role is Monday to Thursday for 20 hours per week, hours worked each day are negotiable, however there is the potential to increase up to 40 hours per week over busy periods
As a PA within real estate it is expected you either have a real estate licence or start to work towards one while in the role, and will achieve this within 6 months.
