An amazing opportunity for anyone with the drive and passion to grow and expand in the Organisational Development world!

This newly established, 18 months fixed-term, Organisational Development (OD) Project Coordinator role, works closely with the OD Lead and across the Council.

We are all about delivering and contributing to the exciting new organisational development programme of work, which spans over various professional development areas.

Key duties:

- Proactively deliver areas of the OD programme including capability growth, skills pathways, performance appraisal, learning and development, employee engagement, culture and more
- Provide support and guidance to teams and individuals around employee development and fostering effective and positive team cultures
- Design and create development and learning resources, tools and guides to support the delivery of the OD programme.
- Arrange and deliver activities relating to the delivery of the OD programme
- Foster excellent working relationships across the organisation to ensure support is aligned with People Strategy

Here are the skills and experience that will set you up for success in this special role:

- Studied in a relevant field, e.g. human resource, organisational development, learning and development or similar
- Passionate about growing and developing people and organisations
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Solid organisational skills to prioritise tasks and overcome challenges
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
