Traffic Safe has been experiencing significant growth over recent times which is a testament to our customer-centric approach and relentless commitment to excellence. Therefore, we are looking to beef up our operational support for our crews by hiring two TTM Superstars to work with our current South Auckland Management Team.

We have two exciting positions to join the team, namely Operations Manager as well as Crew Supervisor and Operational Support. To be successful in either of these roles, you will have extensive previous on-road TTM experience as an STMS, be computer literate, and possess a strong servant leadership style whilst being a strategic thinker with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service. You will have extensive CoPTTM knowledge with a sincere and respectful approach to dealing with people and fostering meaningful relationships. You will leverage your talents and servant leadership style to support our TM-Crews and Operational Managers to lead and develop an exceptionally talented team.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

First and foremost, as a co-steward of our valuable team, you will be responsible to enhance the competency and well-being of our employees
Career path development of our TTM staff
Mentoring, Training, and development of TTM staff
TTM Site Auditing
Support the day-to-day running of the branch
Ensuring compliance with COPTTM and H&S
Dealing with staff-related matters on branch level (HR) in conjunction with the Operations Manager
Consolidating our position with current clients whilst continuously seeking opportunities to increase our market share (New Business Development)
Supporting the Management team with performance management of all staff on branch-level
Fleet management – ensuring that daily vehicle checks are being performed and document
Consolidating our position with current clients whilst continuously seeking opportunities to increase our market share (New Business Development)
Supporting the Operations Manager with performance management of all staff on branch-level
Fleet management – ensuring that daily vehicle checks are being performed and document
Role Requirements:

Industry-relevant Traffic Management experience is a must
Computer literate
Relates well to a diverse range of people and working styles
Applies critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity to all situations
A serious approach to Health and Safety Management
An ethical, forward-thinking leader who leads by serving those in their care
