Green Meadows Beef is a proudly Taranaki-based family business founded in 2012. From our plant in Waiwhakaiho, New Plymouth, we produce premium beef, lamb, pork and venison products. Alongside our own brands, we also manufacture for market-leading businesses and private label brands sold across New Zealand, the South Pacific and South East Asia.
We are looking for an Online Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our online operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Manage online orders for three businesses, prepare dispatch paperwork, and create address labels.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, process inwards goods, and prepare cut sheets for the Processing Team.
Customer Service: Validate delivery addresses, provide rural delivery alternatives, update customers on delays, track deliveries, and lodge courier queries.
Packing & Dispatch: Work alongside the Dispatch Team to pack “Direct to Customer” orders.
Sales Support: Process online and phone sales, and assist in the daily operation of our small retail butchery shop.
Retail Administration: Assist in processing supermarket orders, prepare product labels, manifest outgoing freight, and provide customer support.
General Office Support: Assist with compliance systems, data management, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Strong computer skills, ideally with experience in cloud-based accounting/inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great problem-solving ability and lateral thinking skills.
Strong process knowledge and technical confidence.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
A good sense of humour and team spirit.
