About the role

Razz Print Ltd. is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our dynamic team in New Plymouth, Taranaki. This full-time position is integral to the smooth running of our busy print and design company. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing office resources, and supporting the wider team to ensure efficiency and productivity.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and streamline all office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and managing vendor relationships

Supervise and delegating tasks ensuring high standards of work are maintained

Assist with financial management, including invoicing and bookkeeping.

Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to optimise productivity

Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, providing excellent customer service

Contribute to the development of office policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements
