We're a talented team of creatives with a genuine passion for supporting our clients and their business goals. What gets us out of bed in the morning is building the next big brand, telling stories, dreaming up viral campaigns and developing epic websites — that, and a triple-shot cappuccino.

We’re on the lookout to add a lucky human to our small-but-mighty team. Someone who is hungry for a Marketing Coordinator Position.

While this role will see you build a broad range of experience across all facets of this growing business, you’ll predominantly work on:

Supporting the delivery of content for our Social Media Management and Marketing Retainer clients
Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
Planning, conceptualising and implementing Marketing Strategies
Collaborating with other team members to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the client
Collecting, creating and curating digital content
Working in our team, you will be exposed to incredible Taranaki and NZ-based companies and benefit from a supportive team, fun-loving culture and excellent work chat.

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics + Google Search Console
Adobe suite — Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop (no shade if you use Canva)
Capcut, Rush or similar
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, FloDesk or the like
Squarespace + Shopify experience would be epic but not essential
Requirements:

Part-time — 20-hours
4+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
Wants to (and is stoked to) work on the tools — think photoshoots, video editing, caption writing, researching + loads more
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Relevant degree preferred but not required
Passion for creativity and innovation
Can start ASAP
