Presco Hire is a well-respected and long serving business with branches in Hawera and New Plymouth. We provide service and plant to a range of clients from domestic to large internationals NZ wide. Presco Hire is part of the larger Presco brand including Presco Environmental and Presco Prenail.

We have an exciting opening in the Marketing team!
The role includes:
Liaise and keep strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal team members
Assist and help drive the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
Provide marketing and administrative support to the Sales Team
Achieve targeted KPIs which would be individually & business related
Prepare monthly updates to management
Supporting all consumer promotions.
Contribute to social media, web and blog initiatives and liaise with third party agencies
Being able to bring new ideas to the table
Update key stakeholders regularly
Preparation of marketing proposals
Work to our values culture and be an effective part of the team
Be able to work to strict deadlines
Being creative and keeping it fresh
Liaising with Managers regarding promotional calendar, briefs and launches.
Assist with event management

To be successful you will need the following attributes:

* Ability to communicate strategies and objectives to staff, stakeholders, suppliers and clients

* You should have real world knowledge
* Be comfortable presenting to others
* Up to date with new tech/ideas/marketing theories
* An interest in blogging or channel management
* Ability to research proficiently for upcoming projects or industry knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* An ability to project manage successfully and be able to problem solve creatively
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability and flexibility to work well in a small team environment but see the larger picture.
