A fantastic opportunity has popped up in Taranaki. We’re looking for a proactive, forward thinking individual to join our Taranaki Network Outcomes Contract (TNOC).

As our Performance and Quality Manager you will be responsible for the contract performance management systems effectiveness, creating a strong performance culture within the team and assisting the CMT to deliver the required outcomes for the NOC in line with the latest Performance Framework.
You will be working at a high level of planning capability, and understand the concepts of high performing teams. You will be at the forefront of promoting of positive culture within the team’s operational strength and build strong relationship capability.
You will manage a significant influence within the Contract Management Team and the wider Taranaki Downer business. It is an integral part of the TNOC Leadership Team, where you will be part of ensuring the deliverables are being achieved.
About the role:
Manage the processes so that you ensure that tension is applied to all our activities, by testing the robustness of our programmes, monitoring the customer interface and quality, ensuring continuous learning and improvement is occurring throughout.
Lead the Performance and Quality of the contract.
Monthly reporting and trend analysis including Quality and performance framework reporting
Lead the development of annual performance framework and relevant performance measures, along with developing processes to monitor and report on them.
Lead the development of the Quality framework and processes, along with developing processes to monitor and report on them.
About you:
You’ll be a fantastic team player who loves to work collaboratively and working to a high standard
Bring with you a strong track record of positive leadership behaviours that empower others
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent in finance or business management
