About the role:
We are currently looking for a switched-on graduate to start their Logistics career. In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with supporting both our Warehouse and Logistics Departments.
Reporting to the Logistics and Procurement Supervisor, and interfacing with the Warehouse Team Leader, your role will vary as you learn while you work.
In a 12-month rotational graduate programme, you’ll be exposed to all aspects of Logistics and Supply Chain processes including:
Production planning and scheduling
MRP and procurement
Domestic freight logistics
International import and export logistics
Warehousing in a manufacturing environment
This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
What we are looking for in you:
Recently tertiary qualified in either Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Studies or other relevant tertiary qualification.
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and some experience with ERP systems
Highly organised with an attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
The successful applicant will need to pass a pre-employment health and drug screen, and hold current Right To Work In New Zealand status
