Who are you?
We have an exciting new opportunity for two, Lending Support Specialists to join our Business Enablement team on a fixed term for 8 months.
To be successful, we’re looking for individuals who can hit the ground running in a role that requires efficiency, strong attention to detail and accuracy. If you can offer a working knowledge in titles and securities, this will be key to your success in the role.
Primarily, as a Lending Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible in supporting data remediation in core banking to enable a migration of securities into a new data platform.
You’ll also be working within the Lending Support team, working with settlements and discharges, along with assisting the Team Manager with:
Providing specialised support to our network, customers and third parties.
Meet and maintain accuracy, efficiency and completion rates whilst ensuring high quality output.
Ensuring processes and procedures are documented, reviewed and updated as required
Monitoring the workflow and workload of the team across multiple tasks
For this role, you’ll need:
At least 4-5 years in a retail lending position or a lending administrative or support role
Exceptional relationship management skills
Naturally innovative, with the ability to identify a better way of doing things
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and punctuality
