The role will report to the IT Team Leader / System Administrator. If you’re a real people person looking for a role where you can apply your exceptional customer service skills, then this is the one for you. You will work alongside other members of the IT team to deliver front line IT support to a diverse workforce with varying levels of IT ability and confidence!

This a hands-on role providing end-user support. In addition to setting up software and hardware solutions and trouble-shooting IT issues, your role will include coaching end users to make the best use of their IT tools. Therefore, you will need to demonstrate patience, empathy and outstanding people skills.
