Mō te tūranga | About the role

An exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity has become available to join our friendly Te Pūmanawa Tangata team. You will support the implementation of our new HRIS system whilst working closely with the Kaihautū Pūmanawa Tangata (People & Capability Manager) to plan and implement HR projects outlined in Toka te Manawa Ora strategic plan.

You will display excellent organisational and influence skills and demonstrated a high level of integrity, reliability, efficiency, and self-management.

Your HR generalist knowledge will be advantageous in addition to having a working knowledge of HR management systems.

We welcome graduates of Human Resources and/or Project Management qualifications in this fixed term role where you will gain some hands-on experience and make a real difference.

Kia ekena a angitū | To promote success in this role, you will have

Tertiary qualification in HR/Project Management or equivalent business qualification
2+ years HR experience preferred
A working knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems is preferred
Excellent organisation skills and able to take responsibility for completion of tasks
Full, clean NZ Driver Licence.
