Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

We are excited to be searching for a new fixed term contract HR Consultant to join our HR team to assist us with implementing new business and HR Systems as well as to help the team with Recruitment and Generalist HR Support.
In this role, you will:
Work with the HR team and wider business to ensure the successful implementation of new business system (Dynamics 365) and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) including ensuring all data is accurate and current
Help refresh relevant HR processes within the new systems by working with key users to ensure we are improving the processes and how we use the system and not simply reinventing what is currently done
Front End Recruitment sourcing and engaging qualified candidates.
Generalist HR support including HR Advice and administration
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Ideally have experience with implementing HR systems and processes
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills and able to build good relationships quickly by being proactive and helpful
Previous Recruitment and HR Generalist experience
Able to manage multiple and changing priorities and an excellent problem solver
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
