DIALOG Fitzroy Limited, a leading provider of engineering and construction services, is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in New Plymouth on a fixed term basis as parental leave cover.

About the Role:
As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting the delivery of external training programs across the organisation, that helps ensure our people are trained, supported, and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule, organise, and track external training requirements
Support training and development initiatives
Maintain accurate training records, calendars, and compliance documentation
Liaise with managers and external providers to support training needs and logistics
Provide general HR administrative support to managers and staff
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role - preferably with a training administration background
Excellent data entry, attention to detail and administration skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Microsoft 365 (Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
