We’re on the lookout for a Finance Assistant to join our New Plymouth team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key part in supporting our finance operations — from monthly reporting to managing insurance functions across the MOVe Logistics Group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with month-end financial reporting

Managing insurance processes for our group of companies

Supporting various finance functions and projects

Collaborating with a tight-knit, high-performing team

What You’ll Bring:

1–2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role

Confidence with accounting software, Excel & Microsoft Office

A keen eye for detail and a love for numbers

Clear communication and a collaborative mindset

Process-focused thinking and a drive to improve how things are done
