PKW are seeking an experienced and talented Sheep Dairy Farm Manager (Te Rau Whakahuka Miraka Hipi) to oversee one of two brand new sheep milking farms. Set in the picturesque rolling landscapes of South Taranaki, the Farm Manager is responsible for implementing the day-to-day action plan to achieve optimal annual operational performance including financial, production and industry compliance aligned with the approved farm KPI measures.

2,500m2 Ewe / lamb rearing barn. To house ewes in adverse weather conditions and lamb rearing shed in spring

There is the possibility for one suitably qualified/experienced Sheep dairy farm manager to oversee both of our Sheep dairying blocks (neighbouring properties), so talk to us about what you can offer!

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding and empathy with aspirations for Māori economic development and of tikanga Māori.

Preferred candidates for this role will have previous recent experience in pastoral farm management and in particular with Dairy Operations (Bovine/Ovine). Sheep/Goat handling experience vital.
