Tegel New Plymouth is looking for a positive, energetic administrator with great communication skills. This is a very challenging and busy role which requires someone who can juggle many tasks at once. Qualified candidates will have knowledge and experience in purchasing and inventory control. Strong administrative skills as well as the ability to multi task and prioritize are essential for this role.

For this busy role, you should have strengths in the following areas:

Previous purchasing experience
Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
Initiative and a strong attention to detail
Adaptability and the ability to multitask as well as prioritize
A willingness to learn and take direction
Computer literacy with MS Office and strong Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication
This is an important and busy role and you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient running of engineering administration, particularly with regard to purchasing and inventory control.
