We enable SMEs through business strategy, digital enablement, people and customer experience, and finance function. We work alongside SMEs to execute change projects.
We have a strong track record enabling and embedding digital change projects with clients - focusing on People, Process and Technology. We focus on identifying the technology enablers and then utilise business process review methodologies to identify and automate business processes. This enables improved productivity in SMEs - from building awareness and competency - through to accelerating business performance and long-term sustainability.
Who you are; we are looking for someone who loves getting alongside clients to execute change projects.
Due to the growth of our Digital Transformation offering, we are now looking for our next Business Advisor to join our team.
Ideally, you have a CA background with minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment, and you are passionate about process improvement and digitising business systems. You know Xero and MYOB, can navigate app marketplaces and have process mapping software experience. Your knowledge and experience with automation capabilities will be useful, along with capability in project management, IT experience, internal controls, and awareness of cybersecurity measures.
This is a relationship-driven role involving people change management. You will need to be able to relate to people at all levels, across all industries and bring groups of people together in a very natural and down to earth way to help through times of change.
