We are seeking a Department Manager who can bring expert guidance and an encouraging attitude to help lead and support our New Plymouth Store.
About the Role:
You will help oversee customer service and floor coverage, driving sales, merchandise presentation and operational functions within the store, You will be involved with all the incredible events, new season launches and collections that our incredible teams dream up!
About You:
* Proven leadership experience and passion about retail fashion
* Are self-motivated and highly driven - passion for sales
* Can build a world class customer service culture
* Drive high performance through great leadership skills and abilities
* Have strong experience in coaching and developing people
* Possess a strong understanding of store operational duties
* Have excellent time management and organisational skills
