This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining internal standards that promote and nurture outstanding customer relationships. To be successful in this role you will need to possess exceptional communication, organization and problem solving skills to ensure our customers receive the care and attention they deserve.



Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Providing assistance and tools to internal departments to ensure key KPI standards are achieved

· Management of dealership database and customer contact system

· Facilitate problem resolution between customers and internal departments

· Proactive management and development of dealership social media and newsletters

· Analysis of dealer survey results and reports

· Co-ordination of dealership sponsorship and events as required

To succeed in this role you will need:

· Excellent people skills, amongst colleagues, customers and consumers

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with technology

· Ability to demonstrate compassion and build rapport

· Qualification/background in Marketing, Websites and Social Media (advantageous)
