Overview
We are seeking Civil Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, capable of performing labour-intensive tasks, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physical labour tasks
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Assist with the set up and clean up of work sites
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Work in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Day to day
- Perform physical labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Use equipment and tools to assist with construction and maintenance tasks
- Support the team with various construction activities
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members and supervisor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
