We are looking for an active and able, keen and motivated team player to join our Horticulture team!
- Do you enjoy connecting with the public?
- Do you enjoy the outdoors and being part of a passionate team?
In this role you will be working with our teams maintaining sites such as Parks and Reserves, Pukekura Park and the fernery whilst also working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Horticulture. This is a full-time, four year, fixed-term role.
To succeed in this role you will need to:
- have a passion for being outdoors and keen to expand your Horticultural knowledge and skills
- have a high level of self-motivation to keep on track with your study requirements while working full-time
- work collaboratively with others and enjoy contributing to team performance
- hold a clean, full NZ driver's licence
- have the ability to work weekends as required.
