We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator who will support the PEI group. This is a varied role which links across procurement support, data processing and service team invoicing.

Key Duties and Responsivities


First point of contact for customer enquiries
Service team Invoicing
Accounts Receivable follow ups
Data processing
Procurement
General administration
Providing back up support for other team members
Maintain quality system documentation
Manage staff qualification certification and training requirements
File and records management
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, have excellent communication skill, customer focused. adaptive and flexible.
