Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunity

We are looking for an Administration Superstar to be the first point of contact and manage the day to day running of our busy office.

To say this is a varied role is a bit of an understatement – you will need to be a jack of all trades – providing high quality administrative support to our team (comprising of dietitians, social workers, health improvement practitioners, diabetes specialists, pharmacists and nurses).

Your responsibilities will include; administration, customer service and reception services, managing our vehicle fleet, building maintenance, coordinating events/meetings, health and safety and much much more.

You’ll need to be a team player with a positive attitude and great people skills, who is willing to do everything to ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilities; from doing the dishes to onboarding new team members!

This role is permanent part time working 32 hours per week.

He kōrero mōu: About you

IT Savvy, familiar with the Microsoft Office suit and confident picking up new systems.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Customer service skills including Reception and Telephone experience.
Broad administrative knowledge and skills.
Proven ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
Proactive in looking for ways to improve systems/processes.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Competency setting up and using video conferencing such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Adapable and flexible.
Hold a current full driver’s licence and be confident driving different vehicles.
