Omega Windows and Doors (by McKechnie) is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager -Omega, you will play a key role providing essential administrative support to Omega Windows and Doors. Your responsibilities will include processing and amending customer orders and NCRs, serving as the first point of contact for customers, and assisting the team in maintaining the efficient operation of the office.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to:

Accurately enter and amend customer orders, maintaining a 98% accuracy rate
Professionally manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective communication
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and enhance satisfaction
Collaborate with production planners and manufacturing staff
Process and manage hardware components, including invoicing
Prepare end-of-month reports and manage office supplies
Provide general administrative support
About you:

An experienced Administrative Assistant, you will bring:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
A high level of professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles within a manufacturing environment is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Accredo is a plus
