We sell fresh Edible Flowers, Edible 'weeds' and Medicinal Herbs.
We have a lifestyle block in Waverley, South Taranaki where we grow fresh food. This includes:
Edible flowers that you can use in and on food like cakes, jellies, oils, vinegars and desserts
Edible 'weeds' including plantain, chickweed and dandelion for use in salads and pestos.
Edible and medicinal herbs including chives, marjoram and thyme.
All of this food is available either freshly picked and delivered, or people are welcome to forage on-site, by appointment.
Rachael and her husband Lance come from a dairy farming background and in 2021 we moved to Waverley and started planting and growing.
