Team Leader Distribution - Afternoon Shift

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in our Distribution Centre / Warehouse to oversee and manage the activities of our Night Shift Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, process and customer delivery.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will be an integral member of the Distribution team. You will have proven management experience with an emphasis on inventory management, organisational skills and the ability to run a team to get the job done within specified timeframes.

As this is a busy operation you will be able to operate with minimal supervision, be a strong communicator and be a practical problem solver.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring Health and Safety work practices are observed at all times
Staff leadership, training and management
Order pick efficiency and accuracy
Meeting customer delivery schedules
Inventory management and stock rotation
Customer service - internal and external
