We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our New Plymouth team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a brand-new environment and help build a team culture from the ground up.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week (Sunday to Thursday).
You’ll be responsible for the overall running of the store, leading a team to deliver a fantastic shopping experience and strong sales results.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee rostering, stock management, store presentation, and team development.
Be a Product Champion: Help customers find great products at great prices and keep your team updated on new stock and promotions.
Adapt and Support: Handle the pace and changes of retail, ensuring the team stays focused and energised.
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience managing a retail store or leading a team.
A strong customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to coach and develop a team.
Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-moving environment.
Flexibility to work Sunday – Thursday (40 hours per week).
Physical stamina – retail is hands-on, and you’ll be leading from the floor.
