Reporting to the General Manager Business Operations, this role helps to support the Foundation’s work with community organisations. You are the first point of contact for visitors interacting with the Foundation and you undertake a range of important administration and reception duties and functions to ensure smooth running of the office while providing support to the wider team.

You will be approachable, friendly and thrive on exceeding customer service expectations.
Have experience of what is needed within a customer facing, reception role.
Exceptional telephone and email etiquette.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Well versed computer skills.
A genuine drive to provide organisational support.
