Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are looking for an experienced financial professional to provide the full range of payroll services. You will have experience across finance processes as this position will also provide administrative support and other back up services to the wider finance team. You may be looking to take the next step-up in your career.

This role is part of a finance team of six. Great teamwork skills is essential as a key to their success is everyone working closely and supporting each other.

Mōu | About you

You will be someone with demonstrable experience, particularly in payroll. You will have a meticulous approach to financial matters and an ability to multi-task and operate at both strategic and operational levels. Confidentiality is extremely important and you would be comfortable working autonomously with the goal of being committed to getting the job done.

We like to set people up for success so you’ll be a leading applicant if you also have:

• a relevant qualification (preferably tertiary) and experience
• excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• are tech savvy, including confidence and willingness to learn new computer systems and processes
• attention to detail and the desire to get things right first time
• an inquisitive mind that is focused on on-going business and process improvement
• excellent time management skills
• enthusiasm, initiative and a can-do attitude
