About Us:

From Countdown and Pak'nSave supermarkets to malls and beyond, our games are enjoyed by patrons across the region. We're seeking a Operations Manager to uphold our high standards and drive business growth as we expand our presence in New Plymouth and South Taranaki.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Regularly traveling to various locations to do regular cashout, only assess the need for servicing and maintenance of machines, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to address operational needs.
- Establishing product and service standards for all machines, proactively managing servicing and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality within reasonable timeframes.
- Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies to enhance the company's presence across New Plymouth and Taranaki, fostering expansion into new markets.
- Setting competitive pricing structures and effectively promoting our products and services to target audiences.
- Engaging with predominantly business clientele, offering expert guidance and facilitating sales transactions.
- Overseeing all financial transactions and addressing associated business requirements.
- Conducting budgetary assessments for the deployment of new gaming setups in emerging locations.
- Supervising and managing retail staff to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers alike.
In essence, your role will encompass a diverse range of duties aimed at driving operational efficiency, fostering growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance within our retail operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A business-related qualification (e.g., finance, business management) and Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours for the right candidate
