If you answered Green School New Zealand you may be one of the teachers who will help us change the paradigm of learning. We are recruiting for a qualified, experienced, Middle/High School Literacy Teacher in a full time, fixed term (2 Years) position. Starting date Jan.2026

Our unique environmental campus, is located in Oakura, a rural area just outside New Plymouth, Taranaki. And is a living, learning, green community, where we work hard, challenge our thinking, and ask compelling questions of ourselves and our learners.
If you have experience and training in Literacy and want to “thrive with purpose”, we look forward to speaking with you.
You must be registered as a teacher by the Teaching Council of New Zealand, and have a current practising certificate. Candidates must be able to live and work in New Zealand.
