Our aluminium is used in everything from residential and commercial joinery and cladding to truck bodies, marine trailer components, and a host of other industrial and consumer products.

We're currently undertaking a major systems refresh project to modernise and future-proof our digital infrastructure. As part of this exciting transformation, we're looking for another talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in evolving and supporting both our internal systems and customer-facing platforms, helping to streamline operations and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications to improve customer and internal user experiences using Spring/Spring Boot/Java & Angular.

Collaborate with our Customer Service and Operations teams to deliver software that meets user needs.

Optimise and maintain databases, APIs, and other key components of our systems.

Maintain existing applications written in .NET/VB.NET

Stay on top of the latest technologies and best practices in software development to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 3+ years in full stack development, with experience in both front-end (Angular) and back-end technologies (Spring/Spring Boot/Java).

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Proficient in using Git for code management and collaborative development.

Communication: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.

Problem-Solving: Creative thinker who can troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.

Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

This position is full time (40 hours).
