The role encompasses the following broad aspects:
Provide excellent communication and client satisfaction at all times
Provide first point of contact for client inquiries within appropriate timeframes
Troubleshoot & resolve client problems within appropriate timeframes
Escalate tickets where necessary within appropriate timeframes
Go onsite when required and as directed
Other engineering tasks and as directed
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT engineering role
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with cyber security will be a bonus
Location:
Based in New Plymouth, work from home 3 days & 2 days from the Spark hub in New Plymouth
Work onsite at clients premise in New Plymouth & Taranaki as required
