Seeking a Change Manager with a passion for delivering great outcomes for our people and the business.
About the role
The Change Manager, working in the Strategy Execution Office reporting to the Capability Lead - Change Management, will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet their objectives. This role focuses on creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption, proficiency, and experience of change.
Who are you?
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style, being comfortable operating and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
You understand how change management methodologies support the adoption and embedding of the changes required.
It is important you have strong experience managing multiple initiatives or workstreams across the business, with excellent communication, facilitation, organisation and planning skills to enable this.
In this role, you can expect to:
Provide change expertise across business projects.
Champion the successful implementation and embedding of projects and initiatives.
Assess and manage change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying and engaging key stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates who have:
An agile, strategic and forward-thinking mindset and an ability to work in evolving environments.
3+ years’ experience in a change management or similar role.
Ideally you will have formal training in recognised change management disciplines.
