We are very excited to be working exclusively with St John in the rollout of the covid 19 vaccine across the country. We have a number of work from home Vaccine Advisor roles available. The person in this role will be responsible for education around the vaccine along with scheduling appointments. This is the perfect role for someone with strong customer service experience, great organisational skills and someone with the ability to work from home.
The role:
Taking inbound calls from the public dealing with the COVID 19 vaccine.
Booking, rescheduling and cancelling vaccine appointments
Giving general advice and answering general queries regarding the vaccine.
The role is for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to extend further - a minimum of 3 month commitment is required.
$22 per hour
