About the role:
We have an amazing opportunity for a talented and experienced sales professional with a successful background in business to business sales who thrives on both the thrill of securing new business and the satisfaction of ensuring their own portfolio of customers consistently receive an exceptional level of service.
This is a fast paced environment where you will enjoy the autonomy this role offers, but equally be driven by your own ambition to succeed and reach your targets. Reporting through to our Regional Manager Sales, you will become part of our highly knowledgeable sales team, supported with great training and expertise across the business. Being a market leader in our field, our products can be found across many different industries creating great learning opportunities for the successful candidate.
Based in Palmerston North, this role covers the Manawatu/Taranaki region so there may be limited overnight travel required.
Our successful candidate will:
Demonstrate proven success in a Territory or Account Manager role
Identifying new opportunities and be confident prospecting and introducing Crown’s product
Be a skilled communicator both written and verbal
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong business relationships
Be detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
Be results driven with a proven history of successfully achieving targets
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Be proficient using Word and Excel
Demonstrate resilience and the ability to thrive within a competitive environment
